Next, we鈥檒l promptly get in touch to discuss the condition of your vehicle in more detail. We may ask you for photos and videos of your car on WhatsApp too. Step 2: Once you鈥檙e happy with the initial quote, we will schedule an appointment at your convenience. Our team will come to your location to appraise and collect your vehicle, and the best part?
The collection service is completely free of charge, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you. Before the appointment, we will need copies of the service history, a copy of the V5 (registration document) to prepare our accounts team (we are happy for you to blank out the document reference number) and an up to date settlement letter to clear your finance聽(if聽needed).

Step 3: Once the inspection is complete we can proceed with the sale and you鈥檒l receive full payment before your car leaves your possession鈥攏o waiting around! We believe in keeping things simple, so there鈥檚 absolutely no hidden fees, admin costs, or payment charges.
You get the full agreed amount with complete transparency and peace of mind. At this stage, we will complete the transfer of ownership with the DVLA. Please make sure that we do this on your behalf, as the car needs to be notified as being in the motor trade correctly.
